The best anti-aging treatments are natural home remedies. The ingredients can be found in the grocery store, drug store or local health food store.

Natural ingredients are proven to be the most effective treatments for fine lines and wrinkles because they are potent and contains no additives. Try these treatments below to keep skin youthful and to erase signs of aging.

Honey

Make a honey cleanser to use twice a day to clarify and nourish the skin. Honey is full of potassium and other powerful skin nutrients.

Technique

Make the cleanser by combining a half a cup of honey, a half a cup of mild liquid soap and a half a cup of water. Use in the morning and at night to clarify the skin and rid it of dead skin cell buildup which leads to fine lines and wrinkles.

Sugar

Exfoliate with a sugar scrub. The glycolic acid in sugar cleanses and polishes the skin removing impurities that clog pores and cause the skin to age. Impurities cause pores to appear large and skin to eventually sag.

Technique

Mix a teaspoon of sugar with enough warm water to moisten it. Gently smooth the scrub into skin with circular motions until the majority of the sugar is dissolved.

Aloe

Aloe prevents and treats wrinkles. It has healing properties that are popular in healing sun damage which is the number one cause of skin aging. Aloe juice can be bought at any health food store.

Technique

Use aloe juice as a skin toner. Saturate a cotton ball with aloe juice and apply it to the face.

Avocado

Avocados have more natural oils than any other fruit. They soften and nourish skin with powerful vitamins. The vitamin A in avocados gives skin a youthful glow, and the vitamin E repairs the damage that causes aging.

Techniques

Mash a ripe avocado and smear it over the face. Leave the avocado mask on the face for fifteen minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

Olive Oil and Vitamin E Oil

Make an intensive anti-aging night treatment with pure vitamin E oil and olive oil. Olive oil clarifies and moisturizes while vitamin E oil repairs skin and prevents future damage.

Technique

Combine a fourth of a teaspoon of olive oil and a fourth of a teaspoon of vitamin E oil. Apply to the face and neck at night with firm upward strokes.

Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil increases circulation to the skin promoting new cell growth. Flaxseed oil also is high in vitamin E which is the ultimate skin vitamin and encourages cell regeneration, protects cell membranes and prevents wrinkling.

Technique

Dab flaxseed oil directly on fine lines and wrinkles.

Incorporating this natural anti-aging skin care line into your daily routine will prevent future aging and help to erase present skin damage from the sun, other environmental factors and stress.
